Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members to support the Grocery team, stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will engage customers, verify product quality, and help drive a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and stocked; front-facing and price accuracy.
• Stocking groceries, bulk bins, dairy, and frozen goods.
• Monitor spoilage; communicate waste to buyers and shift supervisor.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and appealing.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and responsive assistance to customers.
