Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking a motivated Sales Broker / Grocery Sales Representative to develop relationships, increase product visibility, and drive sales within grocery and food service. This field-based role requires travel about 50%, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

This position offers a guaranteed base pay of $750 per week with a $100 gas allowance, and a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, grocery retail, merchandising, or food distribution.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to develop relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Familiarity with CRM, order processing, and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the grocery and food service industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and existing customers.
Secure new product placements, displays, and promotional opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to increase customer interest and sales.
Execute promotional programs, temporary price reductions (TPRs), rollbacks, and merchandising initiatives.
Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and positioned according to store standards and planograms.
Manage customer accounts, follow up on orders, and address customer inquiries.
Coordinate inventory needs and assist with order processing.
Collect and submit customer payments to accounting when applicable.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
Monitor product performance, identify sales opportunities, and provide regular updates.
