Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keeps the Grocery department well stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and resolves concerns promptly in a polite, professional manner.
• Applies proper stocking techniques to ensure correct shelf locations, prices and signs.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries with training provided.
• Maintains sanitation in the department and follows cleaning schedules and health guidelines.
• Maintains productivity standards and shrink control; complies with security regulations.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
