Responsibilities

• Keeps the Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to maximize sales.
• Greets customers, answers questions and resolves concerns politely and professionally.
• Applies stocking techniques to ensure proper shelf location and accurate pricing.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, checking-in and stocking deliveries.
• Handles damaged or discontinued items per policy and removes unsellable stock.
• Maintains sanitation, follows cleaning schedules, and ensures health and OSHA compliance.
• Maintains productivity standards and adheres to security policies.
• May assist in other departments as needed.
