Responsibilities

• Keeps the Grocery department well stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Smiles and greets customers, answers questions and helps resolve concerns politely.
• Applies proper stocking techniques and ensures saleable prices and signs.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries with training provided.
• Maintains sanitation in the department and complies with health and OSHA requirements.
• Maintains productivity standards and follows security regulations.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department function.
• Uses PPE provided and may assist in other departments as needed.
