ShopRite of Jackson in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the Grocery Department, directing daily operations to achieve sales, profit, customer experience, and staff engagement goals.

You will supervise department associates, train new hires, uphold safety and quality standards, manage stock and presentation, and interact with customers to deliver friendly service.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications
