Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in management of retail/supermarket environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all aspects of Grocery department operations.
• Promotes excellent customer relations by addressing questions and resolving concerns politely and promptly.
• Manages inventory levels and backroom organization to meet customer demand.
• Schedules associates, provides coaching, and evaluates performance.
• Assists in onboarding grocery sales associates and participates in annual reviews.
• Develops merchandising plans and coordinates cross-department displays.
• Ensures sanitation and OSHA compliance; maintains clean, safe work areas.
• Controls expenses including payroll within budgeted expectations.
