• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, rotated, merchandised, and compliant.
• Monitor inventory levels, orders, shrink, and counts; manage reclamation processes.
• Coach and develop department staff; schedule and performance management.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze sales, labor, and financial metrics; implement productivity improvements.
• Address customer concerns and maintain positive vendor relationships.
