Qualifications

• Ability to assess placement of merchandise and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to questions/complaints and explain store policies.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating grocery staff.
• Supervise inventory, backroom prep, stocking, displays, and pricing.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of store floors and equipment.
• Manage damaged/unsalable products and returns to reclaim center.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed by the Grocery manager.
