You will mentor associates, support scheduling, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Grocery Department operations with focus on service, sales, and readiness.
• Deliver friendly, prompt, knowledgeable service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep shelves and displays clean, stocked, and merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with planograms, promotions, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Assist with orders, inventory, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement loss-reduction procedures.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and developing associates.
• Perform duties in absence of the Grocery Manager.
