As an Assistant Grocery Manager, assist managing day to day operations of the Grocery Department with Grocery Manager/Director. Uphold policies and procedures. Responsible for keeping our department stocked and organized so that customers can easily find the products they are looking for. They also have an interest in product knowledge to educate customers on items they may not know about. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build right relationships with both coworkers and customers to create a welcoming and helpful environment.

Requirements

• Available to schedule between 6am-7pm
• Available to work 39 hours per week
• Experience is required
• Weekends and holidays a must
• Ability to work independently
• Understand that you have the power to impact your coworkers and customers day in a positive way
• Adhere to safety and sanitation codes and policies
