You will supervise and coach associates, handle scheduling, merchandising, customer service, and adherence to policies; participate in inventories and store promotions to improve performance and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Organize work, train and schedule associates to provide prompt courteous service.
• Respond to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, and questions in a prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Use ordering tools to manage merchandise quantities and balance on hand.
• Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, freshness, quantity and space allocation.
• Counsel associates in merchandising techniques, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Implement company programs and adhere to policies, including a safe work environment free of harassment or discrimination.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results to maximize sales and profits.
• Communicate with associates and customers to provide a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per policies and procedures; keep areas clean and sanitary.
• Assist on inventories, store resets, remodels and promotional projects.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
