Broulim’s is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to provide excellent customer service and keep the store clean and organized. You will help bag groceries, retrieve carts, and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

The role requires friendly interaction, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks such as lifting and pushing carts. Availability for flexible hours is expected.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to assist others and be helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy carts.

Mansioni

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and offer assistance as needed.
• Bag groceries for customers, ensuring items are packed carefully and efficiently.
• Assist customers by taking their groceries out to their car.
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries about store services.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash bins and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
• Support store safety by monitoring spills and hazards and following policies.
