Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring items are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
• Rotate products to ensure older items are brought to the front for sale and newer items are placed in the back.
• Assist customers in locating products, providing information, and answering inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness in the grocery aisles, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or damaged items.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking activities during off-peak hours.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Summary: As a Grocery Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the grocery department. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, rotating products, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the aisles. Examples of Duties:
