Tony's Fresh Markets in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for Courtesy Clerks to bag groceries and assist customers to their vehicles with friendly, efficient service. You will ensure bags maximize space without damage and help bring in carts as needed.

The role requires reliability, ability to work weekends/holidays, and the stamina to stand, lift, and move in a busy retail environment. Training is provided with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
• Shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and Holidays.
• Store Hours of operation: 7am - 10pm (7days a week).

Responsibilities

• Courtesy Clerks help put purchased groceries into bags for customers.
• Assist customers to their vehicle and provide best customer service without receiving a tip.
• Bagging efficiently to maximize space without damaging produce or soft items.
• Bring in carts when cart flow is low and be prepared for weather conditions.
• May perform other duties as assigned or required.
