Job summary

Tony's Fresh Markets is seeking Courtesy Clerks to assist customers by bagging groceries and helping with carts. You will provide friendly, respectful service and help customers to their vehicles when needed.

The role requires being available on weekends/holidays, maintaining store cleanliness, and packing bags efficiently while avoiding damage to produce and soft items. Must be 16+ and able to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and clear communication skills.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products and equipment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Store hours 7am–10pm, seven days a week.
• Must be 16 years or older for this position.

Responsibilities

• Bag purchased groceries for customers.
• Assist customers to their vehicle when needed, with courteous service.
• Baggers pack bags to maximize space without damaging items.
• Bring in carts when cart flow is low.
• Stay prepared for weather conditions as part of daily duties.
