Responsabilités

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers and follow best practices for bagging in various bag types
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car and provide loading assistance
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials
• Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts to designated areas
• Clean spills, collect trash inside store and parking lot, and maintain a clean environment
• Handle all areas inside and outside of store and assist with seasonal merchandise
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers
• Reinforce safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting needed repairs
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued by answering product questions
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflicts in a non-confrontational and cooperative manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues
