Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout and ensure items are not damaged.
• Aim for at least five items per bag and use appropriate bags (reusable/plastic/paper).
• Assist in removing merchandise from bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including spills and trash in store and parking lot.
• Understand store layout and locate products for cashiers; conduct price checks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Provide patient, helpful service in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow directions, resolve conflicts calmly, and act with integrity.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
