Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store areas including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help maintain clean, well-presented displays while ensuring accurate product placement and expiration control.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Have mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lbs. for distances up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without aid.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill frozen foods bins and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and move product to sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products are available.
