Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring Grocery Clerks to work across multiple store areas, stocking shelves, stocking the dairy, frozen, and dry goods sections, and assisting with deliveries. You’ll help keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 16+ years old, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect others and maintain Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs., from 5" to 34", up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill frozen foods bins across departments.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving products to the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
