Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to stock and replenish shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments, and to assist with deliveries and store upkeep. You will rotate merchandise to ensure freshness while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires being at least 16 years old, flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect for others and ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs., up to 25 hours, with up to 5 ft distance, without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and weights & measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.
