Responsibilities

• Transport stock for storage in stock areas.
• Keep store shelves stocked according to ordering system requirements.
• Rotate perishable merchandise and manage outdated products.
• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Maintain a clean work area and display cases.
• Assist customers by answering their questions about merchandise.
• Ensure received merchandise matches invoices.
• Unpack and issue merchandise for the sales floor.
• Reorder merchandise based on inventory and demand.
• Conduct inventory checks for reordering needs.
• Report to work on time and in proper attire.

To Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors.

Merchandising, Stocking, Rotating Product, Facing, Cashier, Bagging, and Cleaning,

Essential Job Functions

• Function 1 : Transport stock for storage in stock areas.
• Function 2 : Keep store shelves fully stocked according to ordering system requirements. Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Function 3 : Keep perishable merchandise rotated and pull out of date product as needed.
• Function 4 : Be observant and greet customers who come into the store.
• Function 5 : Keep work area clean. Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
• Function 6 : Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.
• Function 7 : Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
• Function 8 : Receive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.
• Function 9 : Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials.
• Function 10 : Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Function 11 : Employees are expected to report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for their full shift.
• Function 12 : Abide by all company polices as stated in the employee handbook
