Job Summary

Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker! As a Grocery Clerk, your role involves stocking shelves, maintaining product freshness, and organizing the store to ensure guests can find what they need quickly. Your friendly service and attention to detail help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent guest service, greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
2. Stocking and displaying products, ensuring freshness and proper rotation.
3. Assisting guests in locating products and offering suggestions.
4. Receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
5. Collaborating with team members and the Grocery Department Manager.
6. Keeping the department clean and organized.
7. Addressing guest concerns with professionalism.
8. Ensuring shelves are stocked by designated times.
9. Maintaining regular attendance and notifying of absences appropriately.
10. Supporting team duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Visual and sensory abilities to monitor the store and operate equipment.

Work Schedule: Part-time, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
