You will keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests can find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Grocery Stocker at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offering excellent guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock shelves ensuring products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-displayed.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products, suggest alternatives, and answer product-related questions.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet department goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies, including proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, and other machinery (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Full range of motion and sensory abilities to monitor the store and operate equipment.

Work Schedule:

This part-time position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
