Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Carrollton is hiring a Grocery Clerk - 070 Carrollton to join our Store Operations Team. You will provide friendly, courteous service, assist customers, and help maintain clean displays in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Candidates should be bilingual (Spanish/English), able to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, and flexible to work nights and weekends. Basic PC/Outlook skills and a Retail Management Certificate are a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Follow written or oral instructions with common sense.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, up to 45 pounds regularly, up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Assist customers and maintain clean display cases and shelves.
• Clean, fill and rotate self-serve displays; work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Perform heavy lifting and bending as needed in a fast-paced grocery environment.
