Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Dallas, TX (Store 040 Dallas Ross Ave) is hiring a Grocery Clerk to join Store Operations. You will provide friendly service, help customers, stock shelves, clean display cases, and rotate self-serve displays to keep our store inviting.

Candidates should read and write Spanish and English, follow simple instructions, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Nights and weekends are required. Prior retail experience is a plus and basic PC skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, clean display cases, and clean shelves.
• Clean, fill and rotate the self‑serve displays.
• Must be able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting, bending and stooping for long periods.
