Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is looking for a Grocery Clerk to support Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments, stocking shelves, handling deliveries, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. You will rotate products for freshness and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, flexibility to work varying shifts, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect others and maintain a high level of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving products to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products for customers.
