Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You’ll stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment for customers.

You should be ready for a fast-paced setting, interact well with shoppers, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork and efficient product handling.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks and multi-task while staying organized.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., up to 5 ft, for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and ensure accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
