Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, rotate merchandise for freshness, and help customers while maintaining store presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, dependable, customer-focused, and able to multitask with good communication. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in Sprouts’ inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and interaction with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs., with or without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving products to the sales floor.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and presentation.
• Assist customers and help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
