Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to work across several store departments, stocking shelves and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with receiving deliveries, rotating merchandise for freshness, and maintaining store presentation. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules while supporting a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect for others and ethics within Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs., up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Assist receiving, verify delivery accuracy and move products to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products for customers.
