Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts work across various departments including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving and verifying product deliveries, and rotating merchandise for freshness. You will also operate equipment to move products and ensure the store remains inviting and organized. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving the use of knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electronic equipment, and working in coolers or freezers for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Dependable with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude with strong customer interaction skills
• Effective communication and team participation skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capability to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. over short distances without assistance
• Compliance with safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
