Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Center Store Associate in Wytheville, VA to support the Grocery department. You will assist the Center Store Manager, ensuring fast, friendly customer service, proper stocking, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include training a qualified stock crew, maintaining shelf integrity, and following company policies to minimize shrink while maximizing sales. Prior retail exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and scheduling the stock crew to meet productivity goals.
• Stock merchandise and ensure shelves reflect policy and tags.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines for safety, QA, and store procedures.
• Operate cash register and related equipment as required.
