You will follow Food Safety guidelines, learn tools like ACIS and CAO, handle merchandise, maintain clean displays, and work in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag moldings; stock from tag to tag.
• Ensure saleable merchandise is on the shelves and handled per policy.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and safety procedures; report accidents as required.
• Understand and use company tools (ACIS and CAO) to manage inventory and ordering.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and adhere to dress code; complete CBT training as required.
