Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Keep shelves clean and tags aligned when stocking.
• Maintain shelf Allocations by stocking from tag to tag.
• Place only saleable merchandise on shelves.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise follows policies and guidelines.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge and neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
