Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to provide fast, friendly service in the Center Store (Grocery) department at our Concord, NC location. You will maintain shelves, assist customers, stock merchandise, and follow safety and store guidelines to maximize sales and minimize shrink.

You will work with team members to keep store standards high, learn company tools and processes, and complete training modules as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities
