Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
• Be courteous and helpful to fellow associates
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag moldings with damp cloth during stocking
• Maintain shelf allocations by stocking from tag to tag
• Place only saleable merchandise on the shelves
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying comply with policies
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO
• Follow Food Lion guidelines, policies and safety procedures
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to the Manager on Duty
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge and maintain neat appearance
• Complete CBT and required training courses
• Perform other duties as assigned
