Kroger Co. is hiring for a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger at our North Little Rock, AR store. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, bagging groceries, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in-store and in the parking lot.

Responsibilities include bagging groceries, assisting customers with loading bags, stocking shelves, and upholding safety and food safety guidelines. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in loading bags into customers' cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning.
• Inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills and collect trash inside store and in parking lot.
• Understand the store layout and locate products for customers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
