Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment. You will assist customers, bag groceries, and support store operations with shelving, price checks, and cart sanitation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Aim to bag at least five items and ensure contents are not damaged.
• Follow best practices for bagging with reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assist customers by loading bags into their car when possible.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves and collect bascarts.
• Keep store and parking lot clean, and address spills and trash.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for price checks.
