Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Beverly, MA is seeking a Grocery Team Member to support the store’s standard of service. You will stock shelves, maintain displays, assist customers, and help ensure safe, clean, and organized conditions on the floor.

No prior retail experience is required. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 6–8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by front-facing, stocking, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy case.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and shift supervisor.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and tidy.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer needs promptly.
• Builds sales with proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures for weights, measures, health and safety.
