Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support Grocery by stocking shelves, preparing products, and maintaining attractive displays. You will assist with receiving deliveries, perform basic merchandising, and ensure clean, safe store conditions to support WFM standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service, accuracy in pricing, and adherence to health and safety policies while contributing to store programs and daily operations.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; front-face and rotate stock.
• Stock shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases; maintain back stock.
• Monitor spoilage and report waste; assist with inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer phones and assist customers.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate pricing and signage.
