Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced Grob 120TP Instructor/International Deputy Chief Pilot in the U.S. to train student pilots in Grob G120TP aircraft and simulators, support Army and international programs, and help develop courseware for new type courses.

You will work closely with the Chief Pilot, manage training delivery, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment while providing expert instruction and leadership across multiple training environments.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial SEL and CFII ratings required or obtainable by hire.
• Flight experience with diverse aircraft and military training desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Instructor Pilot duties and develop training curriculum.
• Assist Chief Pilot with scheduling and resource management.
• Interface with program, customer, and CAE staff to ensure quality.
• Identify process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support safety audits and training delivery in simulators and aircraft.
