Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot to train students on the C-12U, in aircraft, classroom, and simulators. You will work under the C-12 Chief Pilot and support Army Fixed Wing programs while ensuring safety and quality across training environments.

You must hold FAA ME/Instrument ratings with CFII, have substantial flight time, and be able to develop courseware or curriculum for new type courses. Travel and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Six years total flying experience with at least 1000 hours PIC and 500 hours as flight instructor, 250 of which in multiengine airplanes.
• FAA Commercial Pilot with Multiengine and Instrument ratings; CFI-ME and related ratings or ability to obtain by hire date.
• Must obtain FAA Class II Medical Clearance; strong project instructional skills and presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Pilot Candidate training for C-12U in aircraft, classroom, simulators, and labs.
• Develop curriculum for new type courses and assist with courseware review.
• Support Army Fixed Wing and other programs; manage audits and scheduling; ensure safety and quality compliance.
