Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in medical device or high-precision manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to work in regulated environments (GMP/ISO 13485).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, grinders.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T; ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with precision instruments.
• Maintain 5S, Lean practices and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues.
