Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is a leading fiberglass manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in designing and producing custom fiberglass products in Cleveland, OH. We specialize in interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) ornamentation for restoration, reproduction, and new construction projects.

We are seeking Grinders/Sanders employees to support our growth. Ideal candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and professional communicators. Experience with electric or air-powered tools is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates on all other aspects of the job.

This position involves cutting or sanding fiberglass flanges or run-offs that are not part of the finished product, as well as sanding or grinding fiberglass to ensure proper fit. Employees will participate in quality inspections and repairs using specified gelcoat or Bondo, and will be responsible for transporting units within the workspace. Maintaining cleanliness and supporting general housekeeping are also required. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors.
