Ceres Environmental Operations seeks a Loader Operator to support debris removal and disaster recovery across active project sites. You will operate front-end loaders to load and move debris and materials safely and efficiently, following project plans and supervisor guidance.
This field-based role requires outdoor work in variable conditions, with potential extended hours, weekends, and travel. You will contribute to site productivity, safety, and teamwork while adhering to OSHA safety policies.

Location: On-site Project Location (Project location will be determined upon hiring)
Reports to: Field Supervisor / Project Manager
Compensation Range: $19 - $28 hourly (depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications)
Other Compensation: Per Diem + Lodging provided (When Applicable)

We are seeking a Loader Operator to support debris removal and disaster recovery operations across active project sites. This role is responsible for operating front-end loaders to move, stage, and load debris and materials efficiently and safely.
This position is part of field operations and does not typically manage personnel but plays a critical role in production, site efficiency, and safety. Success in the first 12 months includes demonstrating safe equipment operation, maintaining consistent productivity, and effectively supporting high-volume debris removal operations in dynamic environments.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role supporting disaster recovery operations across various locations. Work takes place outdoors in active job sites that may involve debris, heavy equipment, and changing environmental conditions. Schedules may include extended hours, weekends, and travel depending on project needs.
