Job summary

Total Talent in St. Charles, IL is seeking a Metal Grinder/Polisher for 1st shift. Start pay is $20.00 per hour. You will operate stroke sanders and polishing equipment to achieve a #4 finish and food-grade quality. This role requires standing for long periods and wearing steel-toe boots.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, meeting daily production deadlines, and maintaining a clean workspace while following safety policies. Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

Metal Grinder / Polisher — 1st Shift

Location: St. Charles, IL

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

We are currently hiring an experienced Metal Grinder/Polisher to join our manufacturing team. If you have experience working with metal finishes, stroke sanders, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we’d love to hear from you!
