Job description

Job Title: Grinder Operators: New Berlin

Days: Monday-Friday
Shift: 1 st Shift 630am to 3pm
This client is NOT on the bus line and the employee will need reliable transportation

Our New Berlin client is a seeking individuals to help in the production and assembly of industrial machinery.

The Grinder Operator grinds parts in compliance with quality standards as dictated by existing guidelines for each part

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete daily shift reports
• Meet and consistently attain daily grinding production goals
• Perform quality checks with testing instruments and record results
• Record all grind results in logs and report

Required Skills:

• Must be able to lift heavy weight frequently and efficiently!
• Must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Must be available for ANY shift.
• Two (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment as a centerless grinder operator or equivalent experience in a machining trade
