Menasha Corporation's ORBIS division is hiring a Grinder Operator to operate grinder and dump station, maintain adequate levels of non-prime materials, and support a safe, productive manufacturing environment at our Georgetown, KY site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinder and dump station in a safe, efficient manner.
• Conduct silo readings and melt flow tests per load of boxed regrind.
• Disassemble buy back products and remove contaminants from ground material.
• Counts and verifies regrind inventory and records throughput.
• Hook up bulk trucks as required and fill in for other operators as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement; support CI, 5S and STW activities.
