Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed.
• Read and follow detailed instructions and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn, adhere to, and apply Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain high quality.
• Operate all machines and equipment in the department.
• Cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment to maximize productivity.
• Rotate across processes as needed to meet demand.
• Assist teammates to produce what is needed, when needed.
• Use hand-held measuring devices to inspect components for conformance.
