Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking grinders for second shift (3:30pm - 2:00am). No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include grinding and smoothing seams on castings using various grinding equipment, with initial training on a day shift (6:00am - 3:30pm). The position offers wage starting at $23.00/hour with increases every 4 weeks, plus benefits such as holiday, vacation, personal days, and comprehensive insurance.

Grinders are responsible for grinding and smoothing seams and rough edges off of our castings before they are sent to our customers using various grinding equipment. Second shifts positions will initially train on day shift (6:00am - 3:30PM) before moving to second shift. Limited positions on day shift may be available.

Experience is preferred, but training is provided on the job. Great work ethic, initiative, and team work are all a plus. Good attendance is required.

Francis Manufacturing Company works with area staffing agencies and you will initially be hired through an agency for approximately 8 weeks. During this time your overall performance and attendance will be evaluated and a determination made as to your potential for hire.
